Andrew Wood Joins IG Prime as Institutional Sales Manager
Andrew Wood has moved to IG Prime, the institutional division of IG Group, as Institutional Sales Manager. The division provides institutional trading and prime brokerage solutions.
Wood has been in the industry for many years and has accumulated a wealth of experience at many well-known financial services providers. Before that, he spent seven years at CMC Markets, an online trading provider, where he was Head of Institutional Sales for Asia Pacific and Canada and focused on the business in the region.
Between 2008 and 2016, Wood worked at Saxo Capital Markets Australia, initially in charge of institutional sales before focusing on institutional business in the Australian region.
He also provided currency pair trading services at Deutsche Bank and was a Senior Relationship Manager at Rushton Financial Service.
