I deposited funds into an account in mid November this year and then tried trading.
The charts are frozen and don't populate. I submitted support tickets but they show as unread. I ttried to do a test withdraw and window said there is a problem. I submitted to date 5 support tickets that all show as still unread. I could not find a LIVE support icon. Company claims on home page 24/7 support. I also emailed twice and no reply also. Searched for phone but not found yet on the net. Can anyone help with this?
