We have received your complaint about ENCY FX.
Could you please provide some evidence of your trading in ENCY FX (such as account number and trading and transaction records)? We will try to contact this broker for you.
Do not install or use the ENCY FX application. It is linked to the fraudulent UOBE FX platform. You can still see the connection when starting a chat with the support. This application is used for crypto romance scams and won't allow making a withdrawal, perhaps not immediately, but after a larger amount has been deposited.
