Ultima Markets and Fusion Markets Become the Latest Members of the Financial Commission

Ultima Markets and Fusion Markets have been members of the organisation since this week, according to an update issued by the Financial Commission.

The Financial Commission is an independent, non-governmental self-regulatory organisation and external dispute resolution forum that provides dispute resolution services for FX and CFD traders and brokers.

Ultima Markets and Fusion Markets are both industry-leading providers of FX and CFD trading services. The Commission said that the addition of these two brokers highlights the increased demand for independent external dispute resolution services from practitioners in the FX industry.

Membership of Ultima Markets and Fusion Markets became effective on 4 March and 6 March respectively, and entitles them to the membership benefits offered by the Financial Commission, such as up to €20,000 protection for complaints, as well as a third-party complaint mediation service.

Currently, there are more than 40 FX and CFD brokers have become the members of the FC. The broker’s clients who have disputes with the companies concerned may submit their complaints to the FC for resolution.
