ICM Capital, a spot FX and CFDs market maker, has published its annual financials ending on December 31, 2020, showing a significant loss in operating income on a YoY basis.
More specifically, the broker registered pre-tax profits of £226,585, compared to the prior year's loss of £472,123. According to the broker, the jump in profits resulted from various factors like lowering the cost of sales and a sharp decline in administrative expenses.
In addition, turnover for the year came in at £2.62 million against the previous year's almost £2.56 million. Net profit stood at £177,015. Operating income dropped to £1.97 million from 2019's £7.2 million.
