CONTENT Hello everyone.I just started investing with XM at the beginning of this year, but I'm feeling bad about my experience so far, so I wanted to ask you all how you feel about it.I made a withdrawal request on 17 Aug via MasterCard amounting to 750 USD. They said it may take 2 to 5 working days and up to a month. As of now writing this complaint, I still haven't received my money. May I know for those XM legit users, what was the longest duration of your withdrawals? did it take days only or weeks?

CONTENT I have been trading in XM for more than half a year. And I encountered this situation on my first withdrawal. In the beginning, their manager told me that my withdrawal request is absolutely fine as long as the deposit is fine. But I applied for it for almost half a month, and the money has still not arrived till now. Every time I ask customer service when the withdrawal will arrive, they said at the latest 3-5 days. It has been so long and I didn't receive any money. The manager speaks is to fool people! Now the official website can not enter; no one answers the phone or replies to e-mail!

XM give my money back!

CONTENT I requested a withdrawal through a local depositor on 06/18/2022. Then here comes to the funny part! They told me that the money was withdrawn via Visa Card, and I even did not deposit via Visa! So I actually don't know where my money are now.It is really a fraud. Now my account manager doesn't help me and support doesn't answer. I made a withdrawal request of 101.40.I don't recommend trading with them they are scammers!

I made a deposit but XM didn't credit my account
