However, we found that this broker is neither overseen by the UK regulator Financial Condut Authority (FCA) nor by the US regulator National Futures Association (NFA) when checking on FCA and NFA.Moreover, downloading its MT4 software, we noticed that this broker is owned by Neqtat Al Entelaq Limited, a company located in the UAE. However, we didn't find any matching results from the registries of any UAE regulators, including DFSA, FSRA and CBUAE. The truth is, Uni Borsa is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Uni Borsa and trade with licensed brokers.
