ANSWER Aerofinancing is not a regulated or licensed broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true.Aerofinancing claims to be a reliable broker without presenting any information about its regulation but only shows its two company offices in the UK and the USA. As per relevant law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the above two countries have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States.However, we did not find any match results to this broker in FCA or NFA. That means Aerofinancing is not an approved broker in the UK or the USA.Moreover,  the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Swidish FSA) aka Finansinspektionen (FI) issued a awarning that FI has investigated the matter and has not been able to determine that Aerofinancing is a real company. Aerofinancing is neither authorised by FI to conduct securities business or other financial services in Sweden nor under FI's supervision.
