Nevertheless, SVG FSA does neither issue any licenses for forex trading or brokerage nor regulate or license international companies engaging in such activities.What's more, AAFX Trading has been warned by two authorities for carrying out financial services unlawfully, including the Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission (HK SFC), the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). You can check full warnings from SFC and CFTC.The truth is, AAFX Trading is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like AAFX Trading and trade with licensed brokers.

AAFX Trading claims to be operated and owned by AAFXTRADING COMPANY LTD, a registered entity with SVG FSA under the registration number 22916 IBC. Nevertheless, the SVG FSA does not issue any licenses for forex trading or brokerage nor does it regulate or license international companies engaging in such activities. Therefore, we highly recommend exercising caution when dealing with brokers claiming to be registered in or regulated by SVG FSA as they are actually unregulated.What's worse, AAFX Trading has been warned by three regulators for carrying out financial services unlawfully, including the Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission (SFC) on 29 Mar 2017, the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on 25 Apr 2017, and Japanese Ministry of Finance.  As per the evidences above, our verdict is that AAFX Trading is thoroughly a scam on account of running its business without any relevant license approved by a reputable regulator. Therefore, we would recommend traders stay away from this broker and trade with licensed brokers.
