Philip Parsons Joins Trading 212 as CFO

Philip Parsons has joined UK FCA-regulated broker Trading 212 as the company's new Chief Financial Officer. He will also join the board of Trading 212 UK Limited.

As seen on his LinkedIn profile, Philip joins Trading 212 from Wellesley Group Ltd, where he served as Head Of Finance. Prior to that, he was Group Financial Controller at Zopa. Additionally, he worked as Senior Manager at Grant Thornton UK LLP. Philip started his career at PwC in 2001.

Philip is a graduate of the University of Portsmouth with a bachelor's degree in Business Studies.

Trading 212 has announced two key appointments in the past two months. In the middle of October, the broker named George Mantilas as its new Chief Operating Officer, and added him to the board of Trading 212 UK Limited as well. In early September, the company onboarded Gary Dixon to its board of directors.
