Interview: In Talks with Mohammed Jabri, Head of Sales of Noor Capital

BrokersView Exclusive Interview...BrokersView had the pleasure of interviewing Mohammed Jabri, Head of Sales of Noor Capital. Mr. Jabri told us about him and Noor Capital, including its major edge over other brokers. He also told us about Noor Capital's marketing strategies, expansion plan, as well as customer services.

BrokersView: Hello Mohammad, pleased to be chatting with you today. Firstly, thank you for joining us at Brokers View Exclusive Interview. Could you tell us a bit more about yourself?

Jabri: Thank you very much for inviting me. My name is Mohammed Jabri and I've been into Forex industry from the last 25 years. Currently, I'm working with Noor Capital.

 

BrokersView: What's your major edge over other brokers?

Jabri: With regards to the major edge over other brokers, we are licensed and regulated by SCA, it is regulations of UAE. And with the other brokers if you compare us, we have multiple investments category of licenses from regulators. We offer FX cash equities and physical gold trading, we have 24 hour dedicated customer service, and our clients can deposit funds in AED, and the money will be in UAE banks. That's the most better comfort zone which every investor looking for. If they have any queries, they can come down to our office in Dubai or our head office in Abu Dhabi. And we cater according to their requirements of investments, and we do support them on time.

 


BrokersView: What marketing strategies do you usually use to enhance your presence in different regions?

Jabri: Well, there are plenty of marketing strategies our marketing department is using to enhance our clients, to onboard the clients from different regions. We don't only market in the UAE, we do globally. We onboard customers and educate them through our educational academy. We do have the advance and beginner courses. with different categories of certifications. We try to onboard them with the educational side then do the live trading account. in a way the client will have more comfort zone to move for live trading account with their real money of investments. our marketing team run campaigns to educate investors globally and in MENA region.

 

BrokersView: In addition to the Adian and European markets, do you have any plans for expansion into other new markets?

Jabri: We have a dedicated marketing team. They do  research on market segmentations with different workshops. We give workshops globally, and we participate in multiple expos with different projects to promote ourselves to understand the client needs. And we have got multilingual customer desk. we have material in different languages for the clients to understand what we actually targeting. According to their requirements, we support the customers and, basically, as we are locally based in UAE with the full regulations, people love to prefer UAE as an investment hub.

 

BrokersView: How do you support your clients?

Jabri: We support our clients with different category way.  suppose, if he's a beginner, we support them to use demo accounts to try.

Secondly, if he is already an investor, we support them how to use the platforms and trading tools Whether it is for FX or with the Cash equity, we'd like to train them first, and then to go live.

And we do have our technical research department, client  receive daily technical report through email and intraday from time to time when there is a major event or important news to be released. We support our clients on time in order for them to make a proper decision on their trading account.
