5. Before you are considered eligible for this promotion (hereinafter referred to as "eligible customer"), you must:

Complete your registration process in your Members Area and be approved for a new account with GMI Markets.

To qualify for the 15% Deposit Bonus you must have first have qualified for the 30% Deposit Bonus.

6. This offer is only available to new GMI Markets customers who have successfully completed their first account opening and have not yet deposited funds. Existing customers who have deposited funds are not eligible for this offer.

9. Customers can meet the deposit requirements with one or more deposits during the promotional period. Transfers between accounts with the same name do not meet our deposit requirements for this promotion.

10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer at GMI Markets during the promotional period.

11. Demo accounts will not be eligible for this promotion. Only standard bonus account is eligible in this promotion.

12. The bonus for this "promotion" will be calculated in U.S. dollars, and non- U.S. dollar accounts will be converted into the base currency of the customer's account at the non-negotiable exchange rate provided by GMI Markets.

13. The bonus obtained through this promotion can be used to open a new position or add margin to an existing position, increasing an existing position or withdrawn. The Bonus will be credited to the Client's Account as Credit within forty-eight (48) working hours after the relevant deposit has been received and shall be available for trading purposes only.

14. Each participating customer can only participate in this promotion with 1 (one) GMI Markets account. Any duplicate accounts will not be considered for this promotion. This promotion is limited to one account per customer. To ensure that the promotion is limited to one per customer, we only permit one customer to participate from each household address, IP Address, email address, telephone number, payment account number, shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

15. Customers found to be signing up for multiple accounts to take part in the promotion will not be eligible to receive the bonus and may have their accounts closed. Any profits generated can be withdrawn at any point in time, however, any withdrawal of funds will result in the full removal of your trading bonus. All the current bonus credit in the trading account will be forfeited when any amount of withdrawal has been made.

16. GMI Markets reserves the right, as it in its sole discretion deems fit, to alter, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate this promotion, or any aspect of the promotion, at any time and without any prior notice. Under no circumstances shall GMI Markets be liable for any consequences of any alteration, amendment, suspension, cancellation, or termination of the promotion.

17. If any of term of the promotion is breached, or if there is evidence that a customer is using the promotion to guarantee profits regardless of the outcome (whether individually or as part of a group), we reserve the right to reclaim the bonus element, and close any trades using the bonus.

18. Under any circumstance, we will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the customer. This promotion is not intended to change any customer's risk appetite or investment strategy, and we are not responsible for any losses that occur.

19. Regardless of any other provisions, we reserve the right to fully determine whether you meet the qualifying criteria and we reserve the right to disqualify any customers for any reason or without reason.

20. Our employees, partners, agencies or third parties including family members are not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
Any disputes or circumstances not covered by these promotional terms will be resolved by our management in what we consider to be the fairest to all relevant parties. The final decision resides with GMI Markets' management and will be binding. No negotiation will be accepted after a final decision has been made. To the extent permitted by law, these promotional terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vanuatu. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in Vanuatu.
The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever. In the event that you participate in this promotion, and by accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our promotions. GMI will not be held responsible for any participant entering any of our promotions unlawfully. 21. Neither GMI Markets, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by a participant resulting from the participation in this promotion or the use of any bonus/prize.

22. The English version of the Terms and Conditions for this promotion shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and other language translations. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings.

23. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotional terms and participants agree to abide by the terms.

24. GMI Markets is not liable for any technical failures affecting participation in the promotion and assumes no liability whatsoever for any entry that has been omitted from participation for any reason whatsoever.

26. GMI is entitled to amend these terms and conditions, without stating reasons, or to cancel the promotion, if, in the light of statutory or regulatory provisions or interpretations thereof by government bodies, the promotion cannot be continued or cannot be continued unchanged.
