The Financial Authority in France (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) is one of the primary financial regulators in the country, responsible for the supervision of financial markets and investment firms. AMF updates the list of fraudulent forex brokers almost every month, checking the list and avoiding forex scams in advance.
