Capital.com Sees 350% YoY Jump in 2021 Client Numbers

Capital.com, a global forex and CFD broker, has posted performance metrics for the year of 2021, showing a strong performance in client numbers.

More specifically, the broker reported a 350 percent YoY increase in the number of registered users, bringing the total figure to 4.23 million. In addition, the number of executed trades on Capital.com also jumped by 388 percent in 2021.

"Global lockdowns have brought about lasting shifts in consumer behaviors and attitudes. With more people staying at home and looking for ways to supplement their income and keep busy, online platforms like Capital.com gained ground. We will also continue to expand into new markets, including the US, maintaining our strong growth year on year. It goes without saying that our global expansion plans will be in step with regulatory approvals," commented Jonathan Squires, Group Chief Executive Officer at Capital.com.
