London-based retail Forex and CFDs broker Capital.com has expanded into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region with the opening of a new office in Emirates Towers.
The broker recently obtained a Category 1 license from the UAE's Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). The license allows Capital.com to operate in the region as a UAE financial products dealer, an international market trading broker, and an OTC derivatives and currencies spot market broker.
Tarik Chebib, CEO of Capital.com Middle East, said, "The GCC markets is a tremendously important market for us and we can’t wait to get started in our new office in Emirates Towers."
Last month, Capital.com suspended registrations of new clients in the UK.
