Without the forex licenses issued by financial regulators, brokers are NOT allowed to provide financial services.

I was unable to make withdrawal of USD11000 since July 2022 til now. It kept on "still in progress", and never succeed. I have sent dozen emails to their customer service but no response at all. Can anyone help me out? Thanks a lot!
