Tôi là chủ tài khoản MT5: 157052 , là khách hàng của sàn giao dịch JasFX từ tháng 11 năm 2023 tới nay. Tôi hết sức tiếc phải khiếu nại công khai về việc sàn không xử lý lệnh rút tiền của tôi, mặc dù tôi đã liên lạc rất nhiều lần để yêu cầu về việc này.

Cụ thể, tôi đã gửi 22 emails tới hòm thư hỗ trợ của sàn support_vn@jasfx.com và liên hệ 11 lần với số hotline 1900 099 970 từ ngày 7/5/2024 đến ngày 5/6/2024 để yêu cầu sàn JasFX xử lý lệnh rút tiền với tổng số tiền là 5000$. Tuy nhiên, cho đến nay sàn vẫn chưa thực hiện yêu cầu này.

Mặc dù tôi đã liên tục nhắc nhở và nêu tính cấp thiết của vấn đề, nhưng sàn chỉ phản hồi rằng "đã ghi nhận vấn đề”, “sẽ tiến hành kiểm tra thông tin và phản hồi trong thời gian sớm nhất”, mà không đưa ra được lý do cụ thể cho sự chậm trễ này. Tôi cảm thấy sàn đã cố tình trì hoãn và bỏ qua yêu cầu của tôi nhằm chiếm dụng tài sản của nhà đầu tư.

Việc sàn không xử lý lệnh rút tiền của tôi đã gây ra không ít thiệt hại cho tôi. Tôi phải gánh chịu các khoản lỗ do không thể tiếp tục giao dịch, đồng thời cũng gặp khó khăn trong chi tiêu hàng ngày.

Hành vi trì hoãn hoặc không xử lý lệnh rút tiền này không chỉ vi phạm cam kết với nhà đầu tư, mà còn làm xói mòn lòng tin của cộng đồng vào thị trường tài chính. Tôi kêu gọi tất cả những ai đã, đang và có ý định giao dịch trên sàn JasFX hãy cảnh giác và cân nhắc kỹ trước khi đưa ra quyết định.

Và, tôi quyết định đăng bài khiếu nại này lên các trang mạng công khai để cảnh báo cho cộng đồng biết về việc sàn JasFx không xử lý lệnh rút tiền của khách hàng. Tôi mong rằng bài viết này sẽ giúp các nhà đầu tư khác tránh được những rắc rối tương tự.

I am the owner of MT5 account: 157052, and I am a customer of the JasFX trading platform from November 2023 to the present. I deeply regret having to complain publicly about the exchange not processing my withdrawal order, even though I have contacted you several times to ask about this.

This delay or failure to process withdrawal instructions not only violates commitments to investors, but also erodes society's trust in financial markets. I urge everyone who has traded or plans to trade with JasFX to be vigilant and think carefully before making a decision.

Moreover, I decided to publish this complaint on the public website to warn the community that JasFx does not process customer withdrawal orders. Hopefully this article will help other investors avoid similar problems.

Please forward this article to warn as many investors as possible of the hidden risks. We need to stand up and demand that JasFX stop this behavior immediately.
