However, it is critical to note that the South African financial regulator doesn't provide the domains of the registered entities for investors to verify. This loophole can be exploited by some shady brokers who may use the details of FSCA-licensed companies to deceive the public.Consequently, investors face a significant challenge in confirming whether the website they are dealing with is genuinely operated by a legitimate firm.In simpler terms, while Vida Markets may indeed be registered with the FSCA, the absence of domain verification means that some dishonest brokers could impersonate legitimate companies, making it difficult for investors to distinguish between genuine and fraudulent entities.
