It is a red flag. And the broker also claims to be an Australia-based investment firm with offices in UK and USA. 

    First, we searched Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) but found no matching results. That means the broker is not authorized in Australia.

    In addition, we searched National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States but found no matching results. And there was no financial reports of this company in U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). In other words, this broker is not regulated in the USA.
