On April 24, 2024, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) issued a warning against SolutionFX, stating that this broker is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities. https://www.osc.ca/en/investors/warnings/solutionfxSolutionFX purports to be a forex broker, owned by Solution-FX Global Limited, a company that allegedly holds authorization from the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under the number 700271. However, neither "700271" nor "Solution-FX Global" appear in the Financial Dealers Licensee List of VFSC. This indicates that SolutionFX does not fall under the jurisdiction of VFSC. Its claimed registration with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) also lacks substantiation.
SolutionFX displays the logo of the Financial Commission on its website, seemingly to project an image of reliability. However, it is not a member of the commission, which calls into question its credibility.
While SolutionFX asserts to have an office in the UK, there is no evidence to suggest that it is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
