Upon invesitgation, we found the company's information on the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI), but it is worth noting that IRI is only a registration institution and does not have regulatory effect, so even if there is an IRI certificate, it cannot be used as an effective guarantee for the exercise of foreign exchange rights.
In addition, the Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) added SeguroFX to warning list for it being an unauthorized company engaging in forex activities.
In essence, SeguroFX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
