    While it is allegedly domiciled in the US, our search for it in the register of the National Futures Association (NFA) didn't return any matching results. This means it doesn't comply with relevant regulations in this jurisdiction.

    Furthermore, the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) has issued a warning against Secure InvestNest, stating this broker is neither a Maltese registered company nor licensed or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any investment services or other financial services which are required to be licensed or otherwise authorised under Maltese law. And MFSA stated that Secure InvestNest is likely to be a scheme of dubious nature with a high risk of loss of money and investors should stay away from it.
