It claims that it is regulated by ASIC and the regulation details are completely transparent to the publics but I cannot withdraw any of my profits. I feel like it is a scammer. It is rather our counterparty than a ECN borker it claimed. The regulation license cannot tell the whole story

Abnormal withdrawal. The platform I am using now STOPPED receiving/refunding funds. I asked customer service, but still don't receive the answer.

I can't bear this broker any more. $200 of minimum desposit requirement, $7 of commission, these are acceptable. However, the slippage is big and also there is a charge of £6.83 if the currency exchage rate is lower than 6.7 when deposit. I deposited at the rate of 6.85, however, it said that I deposited at the rate of 6.63. This is ridiculous!!

I traded with Royal as an agent for nearly a month and I lost 3 clients! After the registeration, we had to wait for the deposits and it needed more than 1 day to process. It also took me half a day to contact the customer manager! Instead of helping me, he just told us indifferently that we should wait for the verification. Taking too much time!! My clients got impatient!

I have been trading for many years. Haveing been cheated and My accounts having been blocked, now I don't consider to much about choosing brokers. I think the bouns and prmotions are both deceptive. The transaction should be pure. First of all, I have checked its regulation. Royal is regulated by ASIC. Not bad. I have test it with trading small volumn, like 0.01lot and now I trade in large vloumn.Over half a year, overall I feel it is not bad. There is no limitatio on tradings and trading strategies.The spreads and slippage are acceptable.

The worst broker!! Very slow withdrawal processing, bad support. I can't withdrawal funds, why?? You don't close, right? Why don't you allow me to withdrawal? I asked the customer service staff and none of them help me answer me. A scammer.

can NOT withdraw!can NOT withdraw!! My friends have checked this broker, its slippage are all negative. Actually, the funds don't flow into the markert cause the broker is the counterparty. The customer service is so inefficient, no replies ever received! the service sucks!

The deposit record showed that it seemed to be a private transfer, and it was a long processing. A week later, I asked the customer service about the delay. The customer support said that I should change another way to deposit. What??!!! I have been waiting for a week, and this is the answer?? Plus, the supporter said this to me in the most aggressive way, I am so angry. So I decided to leave Royal and find another broker to trade. Rubbish company, Bad support team.

Too inefficient! I usually lose contact with customer managers. It takes me up to two days to open an account! I don't know if the Australians are so inefficient or just the platform manegers are too lazy. All in all, it's a waste of time! Be careful to trade here!
