  • 2022-10-19 BrokersView has Reviewed that RichCoinFx is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    RichCoinFx claims to be located in the UK and registered with Companies House of United Kingdom (CH), No. 9996348. We searched in CH by number but found the number belonged to another company. That means the company is not registered in the UK. CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.

    As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA.

    The regulator issued a warning that RichCoinFx was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation. 

    The truth is that RichCoinFx is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
