    PREMIUM FX claims it is one of Scotland's largest brokers and a registered and licensed company. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. However, we did not find any match results to PREMIUM FX in FCA. So PREMIUM FX is actually not regulated by any regulators. 

    What's more, the FCA issued a warning that this firm has not been authorized to provide financial services or products. If clients invest their funds into this firm, they are unlikely to get their money back if things go wrong. In other words, investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

ANSWER PREMIUM FX is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. PREMIUM FX claims it is one of Scotland's largest brokers and a registered and licensed company. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). When we searched in FCA, we only found that FCA issued a warning against PREMIUM FX for providing financial services or products without authorization.
