  • 2022-10-07 BrokersView has Reviewed that OZOFX is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    OZOFX claims to be registered with Companies House of United Kingdom (CH), No. 13414237. We searched CH and found a matching result. However, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having the registraion, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. 

    As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against the scam in UK FCA. The regulator warned that OZOFX was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation. 

    The truth is that OZOFX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
