    Onecapital Invest claims to be a licensed broker regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), and the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).

    First, we searched FCA and BaFin but found no results that matched this broker. That means the broker is not authorized to provide financial services in FCA or BaFin. 

    Moreover, Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued a warning that Onecapital Invest did not belong to an entity that has been granted authorization for the provision of investment services. The Spanish regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) also issued a warning against Onecapital Invest for not being authorised to provide the investment services.

    The truth is that Onecapital Invest is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
