  • 2024-03-20 BrokersView has reviewed that MIB40FX is an unregulated trading platform

According to its website, it claims to be registered with Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). However, no relevant information was found after searching. It is also worth noting that the abbreviation of CySEC is incorrectly written as BaFin on the website, which is very unprofessional and is also a dangerous signal. What's more, in their statement, they said that they were regulated by CySEC and gave a hyperlink to the regulatory number, but this hyperlink was connected to the Company House (CH) page. This abnormal situation already indicates that there is a problem with their regulatory statement.

In addition, the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa  (CONSOB) added MIB40FX to its warning list as a fraudulent trading platform.

In essence, MIB40FX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

MIB40FX appears to be a scam.
