However, we searched for this company in the register of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK financial regulator, discovering that the FCA has added INVESTUSPRO to its warning list for illegally providing financial services/produts to British citizens without the required authorization.

    In essence, INVESTUSPRO is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.

ANSWER INVESTUSPRO is not regulated in the USA, because it failed to be registered as a member of the National Futures Association (NFA).BrokersView has conducted a thorough investigation into INVESTUSPRO and has come to the conclusion that it is an unlicensed broker. Things went even worse when we discovered that this broker's website couldn't be reached any longer.INVESTUSPRO, upon the investigation, failed to disclose its regulatory information, raising a red flag.Furthermore, its illegal operations have drawn warnings from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)  and the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC).
