    IGCOEX claims to be operated by IG GLOBAL LIMITED with an address in Hong Kong. However, no corresponding records can be found in the register of Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Therefore, there is no indication that IGCOEX is licensed in or from this jurisdiction. It is illegal.

    BrokersView becomes aware that this platform is using a similar name to the regulated forex broker IG, in an attempt to create the false impression that they are in connection with the licensed one. However, the reality is that IG has nothing to do with IGCOEX at igcoex.com.

    In essence, IGCOEX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

ANSWER IGCOEX doesn't have any association with the regulated forex broker IG and it is a fraudulent platform not safe for investors to trade.IGCOEX's website design is shoddy and it even doesn't have a logo. BrokersView has investigated it and discovered that the domain igcoex.com was newly registered in July 2023. The lack of serious attitude and the registration date strongly suggest their intent to defraud.IGCOEX is allegedly domiciled in Hong Kong. However, there isn't any indication that it has registered with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Neither "IGCOEX" nor "IG GLOBAL LIMITED" can be found in the SFC database. This means the platform is not licensed in this jurisdiction.While IGCOEX intentionally uses a similar name to the regulated forex broker IG in an attempt to create the impression that they are in connection to the legal one, BrokersView has confirmed that IGCOEX has nothing to do with IG.Therefore, BrokersView has come to the conclusion that IGCOEX is a fraud scheme. Once your money and personal information are held by the platform, there are no rules in place to safeguard them. To protect your interests, it is advisable to stay away from IGCOEX and choose a fully regulated one.
