I opened a live account in FXTM,it's ECN account, But when I tried to withdraw some of my profits,they sent me a receipt that my withdrawal was refunded.I never belive it!

what's impressed me most is its customer support,when I sent my questions several times to confirm some order issues,they replied very quick and help me solved the problems.The Deposits and withdraws are also very fast .It's really difficult to find such a good broker like this.

ANSWER To request a withdrawal on FXTM, please follow the steps below:1) Log in to your MyFXTM Dashboard and navigate to 'My Money' > 'Withdraw funds'.2) Select the payment method and click 'Withdraw'.3) Select the MyFXTM account or wallet you wish to withdraw funds from.4) Select currency, amount and fill in all necessary fields then click on 'Confirm'.5) Check details and click 'Submit'.Note: For a successful withdrawal, you must withdraw by the same method you used for the deposit. Profits can only be withdrawn using bank wire or e-wallet.

I have very less issue with FXTM.The broker will inform you once your stop loss was hit 10 pips more!! I like Fxtm!! its easy not complicated,no investigation to withdraw money!! Support staff very efficient!

FXTM is a great broker for scalping.The broker has only 3-4 requotes in 200+ orders in Asian sessions!!!Further,its customer support is fast and qualified though I had only a couple of things to ask. I'm pleased to trade with FXTM
