  • 2022-10-24 BrokersView has Reviewed that FXsmart Options is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    FXsmart Options claims to be registered in the UK, registration number 11712396. However, we searched the number in Companies House of United Kingdom and found it belongs to another company named BIT KINDLE LIMITED, instead of FXsmart Options Limited. That means the company is not registered in the UK. 

    As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA.

    The regulator warned that FXsmart Options was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.

    The truth is that FXsmart Options is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
