Besides, CH does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses, so having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. 

    Fxguaranteeoptions also presents its address that located in the USA. So we searched the National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States. However, we did not find any results that matched this broker in NFA. That means Fxguaranteeoptions is not regulated in the USA.
