FOXANE claims to be operated by Foxana LTD, a company registered with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) with registration number 26285BC2021. We indeed find a match result to FOXANE in SVG FSA.However, regarding the SVG FSA, we'd like to remind traders that SVG FSA does neither issue licenses for forex trading nor regulate international companies and brokers engaging in forex activities.More importantly, the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) and the France Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) both issued warnings that FOXANE is not authorized to provide forex services. You can check full warnings from FSMA and AMF. The truth is, FOXANE is not overseen by any regulators.
