    EXPERT MARKETS (XPERT MARKETS) vaguely claims to be a trading name registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) under registration number 2399 (In its Terms and Conditions, it refers to itself as a company named Xpert Markets).

    While there is a company CryptoBattles LLC, under this number, in the SVG FSA register, no official data can substantiate their association. Furthermore, the SVG FSA explicitly states that it neither issues licenses for forex trading brokerage activities nor regulates entities involved in such activities.

    What's more, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added EXPERT MARKETS (XPERT MARKETS) to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.
