Absolutely shocking customer service. I have spent the day being verbally abused by my account manager and she will not let me cancel my account. If you have reservations, please listen to your gut and do not sign up! I'm in shock of what they let their staff speak to you like over the phone and refusing to delete my account!

I'm warning those people who want to start or just started working with eXcentral. Please don't. I just got called margin because of the bad advice from the account manager. As a beginner I just wanted to learn by doing even small. I was almost bullied and pushed to take risks that I should not do as a beginner. Of course I take my responsibility in not being decisive enough to reject stupid ideas from them. I just lost all my savings while I could loos very less if I did what I though is write. Once again check the ratings, they're not jokes, they're real. Avoid eXcentral.

I have been with excentral almost a month now. I still don't have the visibility of my gold account spread for XAUUSD. Even upgrade to gold, the spread still with USD3 difference. In additions, I sent them email today, I opened the trade last night with 50 units of XAUUSD. When I wake up this morning, I was charged USD150++ for 50 units rollover premium. I also compared with my report traded on Aug 11, same for 50 units and was charged USD55.32. It is almost charged triple and excentral has not been given me the black and white reply yet.

I am very shocked with all the reviews below, I made my first investment of $250 and lost $160 with my first trade. my account manager explained that it was a single mistake I made which I do not agree because I thought he could have avoided that lose, for a beginner am bit skeptical to reinvest again. I asked my account manager if I could learn a trade with the balance left on account before investing any money but he is advising me to deposit more. what should I do guys? I am new.

I am requesting for your help to cancel my transaction with you and return to my account the $250 that i have deposited.

Working on the market is certainly a big challenge, because here every day and every hour something unexpected and difficult happens, and here you should always think through several options for the future, because it depends on your success or lack thereof. And I think that in order for you to cope with it faster and more accurately you need to learn how to use for your purposes the services of the company you choose. For example, I started using tutorials and videos here, because that's what helps me look at the market wider. And having a mobile application allowed me to trade every day. Just give yourself some time and don't give up.

no reply from the support email address. At least 3 account managers kept ordering me on the phone to deposit money to my account now disappearing. They advised me to follow their instructions to create open orders and push my margin call down until all open trades got closed automatically and all money gone from the account. no one from eXcentral contact me (use to call everyday to ask you deposit money) to explain why they did not follow my instruction to withdraw money before advising to open trades without clarification.

I opened a account and after a couple of days decided not to trade and asked that my deposit must be reversed into my credit card. Then they started to bombard me with posts, that i must do at least 2 trades before they pay back whats left. Its thiefing and corrupt. I will do my utmost best to report eXcentral to Google and social media.

Been trading with them for a month now, and I'm very happy with the service. The most important thing for me is to be able to reach my Account Manager whenever I need it, and for my money to be safe. And all of that is good here!
