ANSWER Evotrade is NOT under valid regulation and should be avoided at all events. Evotrade claims that it is registered in Seychelles under the company name of TechWare Limited and registration number 223879.However, we didn't find any regulatory information of this firm from the Seychelles regulator Financial Services Authority (FSA). So currently Evotrade is not regulated by any financial regulator. That means the investors' funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is thoroughly a scam. We would recommend traders to stay away from unregulated brokers like Evotrade and trade with licensed brokers.
