Furthermore, the Financial Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, AMF) added Elviva to warning list for it being an unauthorized company engaging in forex activities.

It is a platform that has been exposed as a scam by two financial regulators. Elviva pretends to be run by a UK company called Elviva Investors Holdings Limited, with the company number 2045601.
