Based on its statement, it is supposed to be a member of the National Futures Association (NFA) in order to offer financial products or services in the US legally. However, our search for this broker in the registry of NFA didn't yield any results. That means Dvanxbit is using false information to deceive unsuspecting investors.Regarding your question, Dvanxbit is an uregulated broker.
