    Coinex Miner claims to be a member of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and a member of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF). However, neither SEC nor CIPF is a forex regulator. 

    To find out whether the broker is regulated in the USA or not, we searched National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States but found no matching results. And there was no financial reports of this company in U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). All in all, this broker is not regulated in the USA. 

    Moreover, IIROC is warning Canadian investors not to be fooled by Coinex Miner.

    The truth is that Coinex Miner is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

ANSWER Coinex Miner is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true.Coinex Miner claims to be a member of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), and the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF). However, first neither SEC nor CIPF is a forex regulator. Second, when we searched in IIROC, we only found a warning against Coinex Miner issued by the regulator is warning. You can check the full warning from here.The truth is, Coinex Miner is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Coinex Miner and trade with licensed brokers.
