However, we searched the number in CH but found another company named D.H.J. MERCER & SONS LIMITED. That means the company is not registered in the UK. Besides, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.

    The broker also claims to be a licensed broker under multiple regulations including the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) and the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa. 

    First, we searched ASIC and FSCA but did not find any results that matched this broker. That means the company is not regulated by ASIC or FSCA.
