While it used to offer a phone number and an email address, it is a scam and thus will intentionally ignore your messages.According to our records, BITPRIMAL provided a certificate from the Companies House (CH) to appear legitimate and was allegedly domiciled in the UK. But it is an illegal firm and its unlicensed activities had drawn the attention from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which issued a warning against the platform, saying it was illegally targeting British citizens without their authorization.
