Broker violations and abnormal records
  • 2023-08-15 BrokersView has reviewed that BitCore (Busskin) is an unregulated platform

BitCore (Busskin) is an unregulated crypto exchange.

On its website, BitCore claims to be "licensed in the U.S., Canada, and Australia" and "listed on CMC and CoinGecko". Not suprisingly, this statement is fake.

Firstly, BitCore (Busskin) fails to be upfront about its operator. If a platform doesn't give details about its company name, address, and other contact information, investors should think long and hard about joining or sending any money.

Secondly, we have conducted a search on registers of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), but failed to locate any records matching BitCore (Busskin), suggesting that this platform falls outside the regulatory framework.

At last, the only mention of being listed on CMC and CoinGecko, two data platforms for sharing information regarding cryptocurrency market, is in BitCore (Busskin)'s own website. We went through these two websites and have cause to suspect that BitCore (busskinex.com) is impersonating BitCore BTX listed on these two websites.

In essence, BitCore (Busskin) is a fraudulent platform and your money and personal information held by it are in danger. Therefore, we strongly suggest investors stay away from unregulated platforms like BitCore (Busskin).
