BCR is a nightmare to deal with. Their account verification process is unnecessarily complicated, causing unnecessary delays in trading activities.

I’m totally satisfied with BCR after I traded here. Personally, the broker has almost everything for a successful trading. Really, as a 100% serious person, I think everything is fine here. The spreads are tight, there is no delay in system operation, and that is ok for me.

That is my opinion. I don't claim that it is the only and the most correct. This is how I feel about trading there. Usually, it is a typical broker with tight spread & a lot of trading assets. In addition, it also offer some useful trading resources, such as educational courses, market insights... whatever, I think I need these trading materials, so if you are the same one like me, I think you would like the service.

I tried 2 to 3 platforms before BCR. All aspects goes well, stable platform, fast and smooth deposit/withdrawal, and competetive spreads.

I've used quite a few platforms. But I think BCR is a reliable company with good faith brokers.Because I think first of all: the service is really good. When I made a phone call to my account manager at 2 or 3 PM, he can still answer me in time. A lot of platforms can't do that. Second point: the platform's activities are very good, which can actually allow us traders to get bonus, not like some other companies are gimmick.Third point: trading here, I'm know my money is safe. Two words: rest assured. Good. Hope your platform continues to maintain these advantages.

This broker is regulated by ASIC so I am not worrying abou the security of my funds. However, the customer support is not so good. It often takes a while before getting the answering in the live chat. Actually live support is very important for we investors. Hope they will improve it.
