    ATLEXCLOUD provides an incorporation certificate issued by the Companies House (CH) to appear legitimate. However, the CH is not a financial regulator and thus mere registration with the CH cannot considered as the authorization to legally provide financial services/products in the UK. Since it claims to be located in the UK, it is required to be authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, the FCA has added ATLEXCLOUD to its warning list as an unauthorized firm.

    In essence, ATLEXCLOUD is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
