Aptos PrimeFX
Aptos PrimeFX claims to be operated by Aptos Asset Management Limited (ASIC AR No. 1275590, ABN 39 413 162 278), which is authorized by an Australian Financial Services License No. 246199. We searched the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC), only found that AR No. 1275590 was linked to another company FUSION MARKETS PTY LTD, and it was ceased.
Aptos PrimeFX also claims to be regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) and the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), we searched these regulators but found no matching results.
The truth is that Aptos PrimeFX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law.
