    Amtop Markets claims to be owned and operated by Amtop Markets Ltd, a company with its headquarters established in London and its subsidiaries are under the supervision of the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Bureau (FinCEN) MSB and are also registered in the US National Futures Association (NFA).

    First, as per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). But we did not find any match results for for this broker in FCA.

    Second, we did not find any match results to Amtop Markets in FinCEN or NFA either. That means the regulatory information this broker claim is a false statement for unsuspecting traders.
