    On 2th November 2021, the UK regulator FCA released a notification that Vibeinvest is a clone firm. According to the release, the fraudster is using or giving out some details that belong to an FCA authorised firm as part of its tactics to scam people in the UK. Therefore, it is a scam.     On 29th November 2021, the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission(CONSOB) has ordered the black-out of Vibeinvest that offer financial services illegally. More specifically, CONSOB warned that Vibeinvest is offering financial services without the proper authorization.   • 2021-12-05 BrokersView has reviewed that Vibeinvest is an unregulated forex broker

    Vibeinvest claims to be registered with the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) under registration number MH96960. However, it is untrue. Searching information of registered company on IRI, we found no result about Vibeinvest or Vibeinv InvestLIMITED. Moreover, even if the fraud is registered with IRI, it means nothing as well. As a forex trader, you must know that IRI does not issue any licenses for forex trading or brokerage nor does it regulate, monitor, supervise or license international companies engaging in such activities. 

    Besides the above misleading registration information, Vibeinvest actually does not fall under any regulating agency. Based on the information we hold, the firm has already been remarked as a scam by the financial authorities in Italy and UK recently.

    Therefore, Vibeinvest is currently not regulated by any financial regulator. That means investors' funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. In other words, it is a scam broker.
