    Swiss KMS claims to be a a broker offering wide range of financial services, including Forex, Commodities, Shares, Indices, Cryptocurrencies and more instruments in global markets. According to its website, it is located in the UK and Germany. 

    Upon investigation, we found that Swiss KMS is not Authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Federal Financial Supervisory Authority in Germany(BaFin). 

    And the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV)  issued a warning that SWISS KMS was providing financial services or products without authorisation.

ANSWER Swiss KMS appears to be a dubious trading platform.The contact information provided on their website raises several concerns. It lists a UK phone number as the customer service hotline for its branches in both the UK and Germany, yet fails to provide specific branch locations. Furthermore, the phone number on its "Contact Us" page is obscured, replaced with a string of zeros, which are invalid numbers. The only potentially viable contact method is an email address, which can be easily falsified and discontinued without prior notice. This lack of transparency is a significant warning sign.Our check with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority in Germany (BaFin) indicates that Swiss KMS is not licensed by either authority. Moreover, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has included Swiss KMS on its warning list as an unauthorized entity in Spain.These findings suggest substantial risks associated with Swiss KMS. Investors are strongly advised to avoid this platform. To mitigate such risks, it is recommended to opt for fully regulated brokers.
