    44 Trades is the trade name of 44 holdings group LTD. It claims to be registered with the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) under registration number 113878. We searched the IRI and found a matching result. However, please be informed that IRI does not regulate forex activities or issue forex licenses. Having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. 

    Moreover, the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning that 44 Trades is not authorized to provide investment services in Spain.

    The truth is that 44 Trades is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
